are leaving for our next trip to the East coast on September 16. If you

Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Payment:
We accept personal checks, money
orders, cashier's checks, wire transfers, western union, and credit
cards via www.paypal.com. Checks
must be received 10 days before shipping. Our Paypal account email
address is
doggonejohn@aol.com.
Cancellation:
Once transport has begun, cancellation will result in absolutely no
refund.
Clients will be charged an
additional $100.00 per day should destination recipients be absent or
unreachable for arrivals.
It is highly
recommended that alternate arrangements be in place in case the person
responsible for receiving the animal is unable to do so.
Our drivers will call 1-2 hours in
advance of pick up and delivery.
We will supply all crates and bedding for your pets
(0-25 lbs) at no extra cost for the length of their transport. Customers
must supply crates for all pets 25 lbs and up or rent them from us at a
rental fee of $50 for the length of the transport. We will make every
effort to keep track of any items included with your pet; however, it is
understood that Dog Gone Pet Transport is not responsible for misplaced,
broken, or lost items. All pets must have a certificate of health from a
veterinarian dated within 10 days of transport and must be current on
all vaccinations.
